No digital products are on sale right now. This policy applies to any digital products (such as prompt packs and PDF guides) that Void AI Studios sells. They are sold by Deremar Services, Udupi, Karnataka, India.
Digital files
Because the files can't be returned once you've received them, purchases are not refundable after delivery. Please read the product description before you pay. If you're unsure whether a product suits you, message us first.
When we will fix it
- Broken or missing file: message us and we'll send a working copy.
- Wrong product sent: we'll send the right one.
- Paid twice by mistake, or paid and never received anything: message us with the payment screenshot. Once we've checked it, we'll deliver your files or return the duplicate payment.
What we can't promise
The prompts and guides are written for and tested on Grok Imagine. AI tools change, and results vary by model and version, so we can't guarantee any particular output, views or results. That on its own isn't grounds for a refund.
